Alana Gallardo, M.S.
Alana Gallardo is a dedicated Pastoral Counselor with a deep passion for guiding individuals and families toward healing and growth. She has extensive experience working with diverse populations in churches, private practice, schools, and community mental health settings, equipping her with the skills to provide compassionate, faith-centered care.
At Breath of Life, Alana serves children, families, couples, and premarital couples, specializing in attachment, self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, spiritual formation, anxiety, and depression. She believes that healing happens in the context of connection and works to create a safe, nurturing space where individuals can process their struggles, rebuild their confidence, and strengthen their relationships.
With her gentle and serene presence, Alana walks alongside her clients with empathy, wisdom, and grace. She considers it a privilege to offer support, guidance, and practical tools that foster personal and spiritual transformation.
Alana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies from Vanguard University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary.
