Our Counselors
Lili Ramirez is a Pastoral Counselor at Breath of Life, committed to helping individuals break free from unhealthy thinking patterns and deeply rooted core beliefs. She believes that true transformation begins with renewing the mind, allowing people to embrace their God-given identity, design, and purpose.
With a compassionate and faith-centered approach, Lili guides individuals in exploring attachment and childhood experiences, helping them understand how these foundational bonds influence relationships in adulthood. She specializes in working with pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and mothers of young children, offering support, education, and practical tools to help them navigate the challenges of motherhood. Through her work, she has helped many women overcome perinatal distress, shift negative thought patterns, and cultivate self-compassion.
Lili holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. She has also earned certifications in Reproductive Grief Care and Maternal Mental Health, equipping her with specialized knowledge to support women through pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and grief-related experiences.
Passionate about empowering women to find strength in their faith and mental well-being, Lili considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals in their healing journey, helping them experience hope, restoration, and the fullness of life that God intended.
