Rev. Rudy Paniagua
Rudy is the Director of Coaching for Breath of Life and feels the burden of training and equipping pastors to be influential in their communities, sustain growth, and multiply. His mission is to develop Godly men whether they are leading their families, leading a church, or leading themselves through LEAD. LEAD is a mentorship program where men learn to love and lead as the men God has called them to be. This curriculum teaches them how to thrive in their spaces of influence and take serious consideration of the consequences of their decisions. He is dedicated to walking with men to see them live out their God-given purpose.
In addition to coaching, Rudy has a strong call to stand in the gap for marriages that are struggling and navigating different seasons of life. Understanding firsthand the challenging dynamics of a non-traditional family and witnessing God’s redemption in his own story, Rudy co-leads marriage counseling sessions with his wife, Dr. Tanya Paniagua.
Rev. Rudy Paniagua graduated from the LABI College with a focus in Bible and Ministry and holds a Coaching certificate from the Assemblies of God. He is currently finishing his Masters in Theology and Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary. Pastor Rudy continues to embrace education, as he believes it is a key component to personal and ministerial success. Rudy is an ordained ministered with the Assemblies of God.
God has blessed Rudy with his beautiful wife, Tanya, four amazing children, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and two incredible grandchildren. They reside in Irvine, CA.
